What a lot of people don’t realize is that a little exercise goes a llllooonngggg way ! Now of course , once your body realizes that it is exercising the same amount everyday, your daily exercise routine will begin to get easier and easier !

Do you know what that means ?

It means , it is time to crank up the volume ! Not to full blast but a little more intense !

Try adding a new exercise to your routine every week and track your progress to see how your body is reacting !

Listed below are some simple exercises to start you off !

  • 5 minutes of stretching
  • 2 minutes of Jumping Jacks (try to do as many full jumping jacks possible)
  • 10 push ups
  • 50 sit ups
  • Toe Tapping
  • Holding your arms out to the side 2 Minutes
  •  Holding your arms out to the Front and above head 2 minute
  • 15 body Weight squats
