More about Griffin’s injury.

Griffin has been struggling recently with a knee injury he suffered against the Baltimore Ravens, and the aggressive Seahawks defense was able to get to him enough times to cause him to noticeably limp while playing.

Against the Ravens in Week 14, Griffin was hit hard in the leg by Haloti Ngata, and he has not been nearly as explosive when running the ball since that moment.

While Griffin was able to remain on the field, the injury started a long scoring drought for the Redskins. The Seahawks scored 13 unanswered points in the second quarter to close the gap to just one point before halftime.
