Us Women are always trying to get that gorgeous tight butt !squats

Welp…. Squats are going to help get you there.

In my workout regimen I do what is called a “double squat“.

Before I introduce you the double squat I want to introduce you to these simple squat exercises you can do at home when you wake up or go to bed…. you choose.. just do them 🙂

I would recommend 3 sets of 10 of each in the morning before you do anything.
