We are on the 5th Week of Fitness Friday ! How is it coming along ?

Fitness Friday Week 5

  • 30 x High Knees
  • 20 x  Push Ups
  • 15 x Burpies
  • 30 x Reverse Crunch
  • 20 x Russian Twists
  • 30 x Body Weight Squats
  • 45 seconds speed Squats

Repeat x 3

Rest is 3 min between each interval :) For those of you who would like a little more intensity multiply everything by 3 !

A message from Tiff:

I had been trying to lose 15 lbs for 6 years! thought I ate well, and worked out about 3-4 times a week. never dropped more than 8 lbs. Started eating really clean, using herbalife nutrition, and working out 2-3 times a week and I just lost 25lbs, 16% body fat, and decreased my metabolic age from 47 to 12. My transformation inspired me to empower and teach others how to live a healthier lifestyle.

My Workout:

I do 2-3 35 minute circuit workouts a week, usually lower body, upper body, agility, and brief cardio. At least 5 days a week, I usually wake and do a 30 min workout consisting of:

– pull ups,
-sit ups,
-push ups, planks,
-high knees,
-jumping jacks
– quick feets
– burpees
– jump ropes.

I also love using my free weights, and its just really fun and empowering to know that I’m taking care of my temple.

The most important part of living a healthy and fit life is your nutrition I’m a firm believer in 80% nutrition 20% fitness. I use Herbalife nutrition throughout my whole day, and especially for post recovery. I love the Herbalife 24 Rebuild Strength shake and go about my day.

To be fit represents dedication to you bettering yourself and caring about your health but also your body. Especially women, I say the goal is to be fit not skinny

Why being fit is important: I’m a believer in Jim Rohns words” How you do one thing is how you do everything” and to me, being fit shows you respect yourself, care about yourself, you want to have confidence, and you want to make a statement to the world. My statement is Love yourself; do that which empowers you, and sets you aside from that which most do. be an example for what greatness looks like.
