This day I was extremely hungry … Probably due to the amount of training that took place that day…. I try to eat similarly to this daily… Not always this much food is consumed but somewhere around this amount is consumed on a daily basis. My 5th meal is not always this “heavy”, normally something light like yogurt and fruit (helps with digestion throughout the night).fruit basket

Another thing I will point out is the sausages.. I splurged a little at the grocery store and bought it.. normally its turkey bacon .. its better for you … so if possible substitute all breakfast meat with turkey bacon.

Sidenote: I am not a nutritionist, but I do have friends who are that I speak with ever so often. Most information learned is through intense Googling and reading. Knowledge is power. Put good stuff in and get good stuff out !

Tip: Make small changes with your diet. Sometimes just adding more fruit and veggies consumption throughout the day can yield great results 😉 … also be consistent….
