Smoothie Alert !

Every morning I wake up and make myself a smoothie ! Some days I have left overs from the previous morning so I don’t have to think about what it is I want to through in the blender that morning (actually kind of nice). Every now and then I make a BOMBSMOOTHIE.COM and this is one of them !

#smoothiealert ! 

  • Hand full of Mixed tropical fruits
  • Hand full of blue berries
  • Hand full of black berries
  • Hand full of Raspberries
  • two garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • Pomegranate Juice.. add to your liking
  • Cheat ingredient: Simply Raspberry lemonade poured to your liking

Mix it all up and Enjoy !

I will say if you are not a garlic lover add only 1 clove, it wont leave as much as a “garlicy” after taste in your mouth. Outside of that you would think Jamba juice made this for you ! 

P.S. I like to be realistic when it comes to making smoothies. Every smoothie I make is “add to my liking”. What I mean by that is there is no specific amount for any one ingredient I use. I like to add the things I like to add. The measurements I give are for you to work from and  make your own ! Let me know what ratios work for you !
