- 10 x Staggered Push Up
- 10 x Burpies
- 25 x V ups
- 10 x Split Squat Jumps
- 35 x Side Crunch (35 on each side)
- 10 x Burpies
- 10 x T Push Ups
- 50 x High Knees
- 25 x Speed Squats
Repeat x 3
Rest is 3 min between each interval
