Having Trouble Sleeping ?

Are you having trouble sleeping ? Does your pillow not Fluff right ? Is your blanket to short to cover your feet ? *Said in my jaboodydubs infomercial voice

Well try these two awesome tips !

If you know me you know I looovvveee to sleep. It is my favorite pass time ! Unlike me some are unfortunate to fall asleep and sleep through the night. No worries. I am here to give you my secrets to sleeping through the night like a baby !

  1. Sleep with socks on. I sleep with socks on to help regulate my body temperature throughout the night. Most heat loss is through out our extremities (hands & feet ). By keeping socks on our feet it will help with the temperature of your body while you sleep. Naturally the body wants to keep your core warm (chest area), so it will “pull” heat from your limbs to ensure the heart is able to work properly and deliver blood and oxygen to the necessary parts. blah blah blah I can go on about that !  My simple explanation as to why socks are important.
  2. Do not drink liquids 2 hours before you go to bed. I know, How am I suppose to know when Im going to bed to know to stop drinking liquids? I typically fall asleep around the same time every night so I have got this one down. I try to keep myself fully hydrated throughout the day so that I have a great night of sleep. Hydration of the body is important on so many levels ! I can not stress that enough (I will do a blog about this later.. I LOVE WATER…oooh and when you add a lil LEMON!!! )

Now that you know the two things I do to ensure a good nights rest try them out . This time they are free. But next tiiimmmeeeee ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
