Ok but on a serious note a few weeks ago I saw a video of a guy doing these crazy all over the place push ups. I tried it and failed horrible. I wish I had the video to show you but I have not been able to find it. So Until I do try this exercise out for fun !

Pick 3 different types every other day and to 3 x 15 of each… (you should do a total of 135 in one sitting with 1 – 2 minute rest in between each set)
