Ok. So we are taking Fitness Friday down a notch ! The feedback I have received from the last two weeks is that my work outs are intense ! Which is the way I like it, but I understand the need to appeal to the audience. For my folks who actively follow Fitness Friday this is for you !

Fitness Friday Week 3

  • 20 x High Knees
  • 10 x  Push Ups
  • 10 x Burpies
  • 15 x V ups
  • 15 x Side Crunch (15 on each side)
  • 15 x Body Weight Squats

Repeat x 3

Rest is 3 min between each interval :) For those of you who would like a little more intensity multiply everything by 3 !

Typical Workout For Jeffery:

3 Sets of 12

  • Traveling Squat Lunges
  • 3 Point Shutter Squats
  • Revers Lunge High Knee

3 sets of 30 second Intervals

  • Alternating Marching Bridges
  • Sideways Plank High Kicks Leg (Pointed Toes)
  • Sideways Plank Bicycle Kicks

3 sets of 20

  • Dumbbell Pull Over
  • Squat with Heel Raise Dumbbell Shoulder
  • Reverse Fly

*FYI this isn’t eve a fourth of his workout regimen ! o_O Talk about that fit life !
