No Bad Habits Here !

Any sport or training takes hardwork and dedication ! One thing that most coaches forget to stress is awareness while working out !

Being aware of what you are doing while exercising is one thing can save you from injury. Apply the same concept you use while driving. When drivers are not aware of what they are doing accidents happen. This is the same with training. When not paying attention to a drill being executed muscles can be pulled and drills can be done wrong !

When things are done improperly we are creating bad habits that the body remembers. If we execute enough improper movements the body will remeber these movements and can lead to uncomfortable pain in muscle movements. Training your body to do the right thing leads to nothing but greatness ! So get in the habit of being aware of what you are doing while training. It will lead to better things !
